We set the pay cycle up properly
Employee records, pay rates, allowances, leave entitlements and super funds are checked and entered so each pay run starts from correct information rather than guesswork.
Pay runs processed on your schedule
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly — we prepare the pay run, send payslips and give you the payment file or summary to approve before anyone is paid.
Single Touch Payroll reported each run
STP is lodged with the ATO every pay run, and we reconcile your payroll figures through the year so finalisation at year end isn't a scramble.
Superannuation paid on time
We prepare super batches and track due dates. From 1 July 2026 Payday Super requires super to be paid at the same time as wages, and we set your process up for that change now.
Leave, terminations and adjustments
Annual leave, personal leave, long service accruals, final pays and back-pay corrections handled carefully, with the calculations explained to you in plain English.

Common questions
What is Payday Super and when does it start?
Payday Super means employers must pay super at the same time as wages rather than quarterly. It applies from 1 July 2026, so it's worth reviewing your cash flow and payroll process well before then.
Which payroll software do you work in?
QuickBooks Online, Xero and MYOB. You don't need to change systems to work with us — we'll use the one you already have.
Do you only look after Cairns businesses?
No. Our office is in Cairns and local clients are welcome to meet us in person, but payroll works just as well remotely and we look after employers across Australia.
Can you take over a payroll that's already a mess?
Yes. We review what's been reported, correct what needs correcting and get your STP position lined up before we move you onto a normal cycle.
